Baseline bloodwork is an additional $75 unless it has been separately performed within the last 3 months - normally $115. Drawn in our office by our nurse and reviewed by our physician before your protocol begins.
Weight loss memberships require a medical intake, review of your history, and provider approval. Not everyone is a candidate, and your provider may adjust or pause your protocol at any time.

The fine print, up front
3-month minimum
Every membership starts with a three-month commitment. After that it is month to month.
Cancel or pause anytime after
Once your initial commitment is complete you can cancel or pause your membership at any time. No fees, no exit interview.
What rolls over - and what does not
Banked neurotoxin units and service credit roll over for up to 12 months, then expire. Unused IV services and vitamin shots do not roll over.
No stacking
Membership pricing cannot be combined with other promotions or specials, and memberships and specials are not stackable with Groupon or other third-party vouchers. We will always apply whichever saves you more on the day.
Cancelling early
If services were to be cancelled prior to the promotional period, the customer will be charged regular full price for the period they received the services.

Questions members ask us most
How do Neurostrive memberships work?
You pay a flat monthly fee. Depending on the plan, that fee is converted into banked neurotoxin units, treatment credit, or included services - plus member-only pricing on everything else. Billing is automatic each month, and you can cancel or pause once your initial commitment is complete.
What does “banking” neurotoxin units actually mean?
Each month the units included in your plan are added to your account at member pricing. You do not have to use them that month. Save them up for a full-face treatment, or draw on them a few units at a time - whatever suits your schedule.
Do my units and credit roll over?
Banked neurotoxin units and monthly service credit roll over for up to 12 months before they expire. IV drips and vitamin shots are use-it-or-lose-it and do not roll over month to month.
Which membership should I choose?
If you are only booking neurotoxin, start with the Neurotoxin Bank or Gold. If you also book facials, peels or skincare, Platinum is usually the sweet spot. Treating several areas? Diamond. And if hydration and energy are your priority, look at the IV memberships. Our team is happy to compare your last twelve months of visits against each plan.
Can I cancel or pause my membership?
Yes. After your initial three-month commitment you can cancel or pause at any time. If you have banked units or credit remaining, talk to us before you cancel and we will help you plan how to use the balance.
Can I combine my membership with a special or promotion?
No - membership pricing cannot be stacked with other promotions, specials, or discount codes. At checkout we simply apply whichever option saves you the most.
Can I share my membership with family or friends?
Memberships are individual, and banked units and credit are non-transferable. If you would like to treat someone else, a Neurostrive gift card is the way to go.
