What is Oxygen Bar/Therapy?
Our oxygen bar offers customers purified, often scented, oxygen through a nasal cannula. Many studies had shown that breathing pure oxygen can have some impressive benefits, such as providing a “feel good” effect, reducing stress, increasing energy and alertness, and alleviating headaches or hangovers. Just like a bar has different flavors, our oxygen bar offers different scents, ranging from floral to fruity aromas.
How Does it Work?
Our Oxygen bar equipment operates on the simple science of pulling the ambient air through a filtering system, purifying it, and then adding hydration and aromatherapy to enjoy the experience. Dry, room-air is primarily made up of nitrogen (78%) and oxygen (21%). The remaining 1% is made up of carbon dioxide and other trace gases. The oxygen concentrator takes in the room-air and separates the nitrogen with a molecular filter. The 90% oxygen is then humidified by passing through the scented water and then through the nasal cannula to be inhaled. Our oxygen bar is equipped with pure oxygen to breathe in through small tubes hooked over the ears and under the nose.
Just like a bar has different flavors, our oxygen bar offers different scents, ranging from floral to fruity aromas.
The oxygen is not kept under pressure, is not considered medical oxygen, and is for recreational purposes only.
