Peptide Therapy

Peptide Therapy in
Stuart, Florida

Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as signalling molecules in the body. At Neurostrive our providers build individualised peptide protocols after a full evaluation - covering cognitive and neurological support, recovery and tissue repair, growth hormone support and sexual wellness.

  • Provider-evaluated protocols
  • Lab work reviewed before you start
  • Ongoing monitoring and adjustment

How it works

Evaluated first, prescribed second

We do not sell peptides off a shelf. Every protocol starts with a conversation and a look at your labs, and your provider decides what - if anything - is appropriate for you.

01

Free consultation

Sit down with a provider, talk through your goals and history, and find out whether peptide therapy is a reasonable fit for you at all.

02

Lab work and review

Baseline blood work is drawn in our office by our nurse and reviewed by our physician before anything is prescribed.

03

Protocol and follow-up

If your provider prescribes a protocol, you are monitored on it and the plan is adjusted - or stopped - based on how you respond.

Cognitive & Neurological

Peptides for focus, memory and mental clarity

The category our neurology-focused patients ask about most. These are discussed in the context of cognitive performance and neurological support, and are prescribed only where your provider judges them appropriate.

Commonly asked about by patients focused on concentration and mental stamina.

  • Discussed in the context of focus and cognitive performance

Neurostrive was founded around neurological care. If you are already seeing us for migraine, neuropathy, memory or Parkinson’s support, tell your provider - peptide options are discussed as part of that wider picture, not in isolation.

Recovery & Tissue Repair

Peptides for recovery, training load and repair

Asked about most often by active patients, people rehabilitating an injury, and anyone whose recovery between sessions has slowed down.

BPC-157

Body Protection Compound

The most requested recovery peptide we are asked about, by a wide margin.

  • Discussed in the context of soft tissue recovery and gut comfort
  • Available in injectable and nasal spray forms depending on your protocol
  • Frequently considered alongside TB-500
  • Requires provider evaluation before it can be prescribed

TB-500

Thymosin Beta-4 fragment

Usually raised in the same conversation as BPC-157 rather than on its own.

  • Discussed in the context of flexibility, mobility and tissue recovery
  • Frequently considered alongside BPC-157
  • Dosing and cycle length set by your provider
  • Prescribed at provider discretion following evaluation

We also offer a BPC-157 nasal spray. Ask your provider which route makes sense for your protocol.

Growth Hormone Support

Peptides that work with your own hormone production

This group is discussed with patients focused on body composition, sleep quality and recovery. Your provider will usually want IGF-1 and a wider panel before considering anything in this category.

Sermorelin

Growth hormone secretagogue

The usual starting point in this category and the most commonly prescribed of the three.

  • Discussed in the context of sleep quality, recovery and body composition
  • Typically dosed at night to work with your natural rhythm
  • IGF-1 is monitored while you are on protocol
  • Prescribed at provider discretion following evaluation

Tesamorelin

Often paired with Ipamorelin

Asked about most often by patients focused specifically on body composition.

  • Discussed in the context of body composition and metabolic health
  • Commonly considered alongside Ipamorelin
  • Monitored with follow-up lab work while on protocol
  • Prescribed at provider discretion following evaluation

If weight management is your main goal, ask about our weight loss memberships as well - for many patients that is the more direct route.

Sexual Wellness

A different mechanism than the usual options

PT-141 comes up in conversations where the more familiar options have not been a good fit. It is a prescription decision your provider makes after a full evaluation.

PT-141

Bremelanotide

Discussed with patients of any gender who want to talk through options in this area.

  • Acts through a different pathway than the more familiar oral options
  • Used on demand rather than daily, depending on your protocol
  • Discussed openly and confidentially with your provider
  • Requires evaluation and is prescribed at provider discretion

Lab Work

What we look at before you start

Baseline blood work is drawn in our office by our nurse and reviewed by our physician. What we order depends on which direction your protocol is heading, but these are the markers we look at most often.

Comprehensive metabolic panel

Your baseline picture - kidney and liver function, electrolytes and blood glucose.

TSH

Thyroid function, because it shapes energy, weight and how you respond to a protocol.

Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D

Two of the most common deficiencies we find, and both are worth correcting first.

IGF-1

The marker we follow for anyone on a growth hormone support protocol, before and during.

Cortisol

Your stress hormone picture, which affects sleep, recovery and body composition.

Follow-up panels

Repeated while you are on protocol so your provider can adjust, continue or stop based on real data.

Bloodwork is an additional $75 unless it has been separately performed within the last 3 months - normally $110. Members save on lab work; see our memberships.

Common questions

Questions patients ask us most

What actually is a peptide?

A peptide is a short chain of amino acids - the same building blocks that make up proteins, just far shorter. Your body already makes and uses thousands of them as signalling molecules. Peptide therapy means working with specific ones under provider supervision.

Do you sell peptides online?

No. We do not sell peptides through our online shop and we do not ship them. Everything in this category is a prescription decision made by a provider after evaluating you in person, and it is dispensed through our office.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. The initial consultation to discuss whether peptide therapy is appropriate for you is complimentary. Lab work, if your provider orders it, is billed separately.

Are these FDA approved?

The peptides discussed on this page are compounded medications. Compounded medications are not FDA approved, and nothing on this page should be read as a claim of FDA approval, endorsement or clearance. Your provider will explain what is and is not established for anything they prescribe, and will only prescribe where they judge it appropriate for you.

Will peptides work for me?

We genuinely cannot tell you that in advance, and you should be sceptical of anyone who does. Response varies from person to person, some people are not candidates at all, and your provider may recommend against it or stop a protocol that is not working.

Which peptides do you carry?

The ones on this page are what we are asked about most. Our team can source a wider range than we list here, so if you have something specific in mind bring it to your consultation and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

Do I need blood work first?

In almost every case, yes. Baseline labs are drawn in our office by our nurse and reviewed by our physician before a protocol starts, and repeated while you are on it. If you have had relevant work done elsewhere in the last 3 months, bring it and we may be able to use it.

Can I combine this with a membership?

Peptide protocols are billed separately from memberships, but members save on lab work and on many of the services that pair with a protocol. See our memberships page for what is included.
