Our Providers

Meet our
medical directors

Neurostrive is led by two board certified neurologists. Every injectable, weight loss and peptide protocol runs under their medical direction.

Our Physicians

Neurology-trained, board certified

Both of our medical directors are board certified neurologists with fellowship training in clinical neurophysiology. That is unusual for a med spa, and it is deliberate.

Why it matters

What neurology training changes

Most med spas are not run by physicians who spend their clinical lives on nerve and muscle. Ours are, and it shows up in three practical ways.

01

Neurotoxin is nerve work

Botulinum toxin acts on the junction between nerve and muscle. Our directors treat that junction clinically, so dosing and placement come from the same training.

02

Symptoms get taken seriously

Migraine, neuropathy, excessive sweating and teeth grinding are neurological complaints as much as cosmetic ones, and they are assessed that way here.

03

We will tell you no

Provider approval is required for injectables, weight loss and peptide protocols. If you are not a candidate, you will hear that instead of a sales pitch.

In their words

What our patients say

Monica is amazing and so knowledgeable. I get great results and she takes such care and pride in her work. I would not go anywhere else!

Tracy

I visited Neurostrive when I was having a massive migraine. Thankfully they fit me in and I am so thankful they did. I received the migraine IV drip and added on the meds to help. I cannot express how much this was worth the experience, the price and the result. I will NEVER go to the ER with a migraine again.

Leslie J.

Dr. Kashouty and his team of experts are amazing! They took the time to explain everything and not make me feel rushed. From IV therapy, medical aesthetics and neurology care they are professional and always very nice!

Monica L.
