Neurostrive is led by a board certified neurologist, and that shapes how the whole practice works. Treatments here are built around what is going on underneath, not just what shows on the surface.

Rabih Kashouty, M.D.

Medical Director

Board Certified & Fellowship Trained Neurologist

Dr. Kashouty is a board certified neurologist and the medical director of Neurostrive. He completed his fellowship in clinical neurophysiology and neuromuscular medicine at Henry Ford Medical Center in Detroit, and served as chief resident during his residency at Mount Sinai Beth Israel in New York City. That neuromuscular training is the reason a neurologist runs an aesthetics practice: neurotoxin injection is nerve and muscle work, and it sits inside his clinical specialty rather than beside it. His research spans muscle disease, neurology and aesthetics.

Aesthetics Manager

20+ Years in Medical Aesthetics

Erica is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician (LMA) and Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) with 20+ years of experience in medical aesthetics, wellness and regenerative therapies. As our aesthetics manager, nearly every aesthetic service we offer runs through Erica in some form, from injectable appointments and skin treatments through to our weight loss programs. She specializes in personalized, results-driven treatments and is passionate about helping clients look and feel their best through advanced aesthetics and wellness.

Abraham is a registered nurse and the person behind most of what Neurostrive delivers intravenously: IV vitamin and exosome infusions, inhalation therapy, weight loss therapy and vitamin injections. Also our phlebotomist, which means the baseline labs that start a weight loss or peptide protocol are drawn here in the office rather than sent somewhere else first.

Savanna Neal

Licensed Aesthetician

Skin Health & Resurfacing

Savanna is our licensed aesthetician and handles the skin side of the practice. Medical grade facials, HydraFacials, chemical peels and microneedling all sit here. Treatments get sequenced around whatever else you have booked, so your skin progresses on a schedule it can keep up with rather than being pushed in two directions at once.

Eric is a massage therapist specializing in Neuromuscular Release Therapy, a targeted form of manual massage that applies sustained pressure to trigger points to relieve chronic pain, improve blood flow, reduce nerve compression and release tension. Rather than working only where the ache is, NMT addresses the nervous system role in muscle dysfunction and corrects the postural imbalances underneath it.
